American Water Honored by Forum of Executive Women as a Champion of Diversity

American Water (NYSE: AWK), the largest publicly traded U.S. water and wastewater utility company, today was recognized as a “Champion of Diversity” at the Forum of Executive Women’s 2019 Leadership Breakfast in Philadelphia, PA.

The Forum’s membership is comprised of individuals holding the senior-most positions in the corporations, not-for-profit organizations and public sector entities that drive our regional economy and community.

Earlier this year, American Water was selected for the 2019 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index and has recently received awards from the Women’s Forum of New York and Executive Women of New Jersey for its continued commitment to inclusion and diversity.
