Wrangler Home™ formally introduces its first-ever wall art collection at the Las Vegas Furniture Market on July 28, 2008.
“Featuring scenes of nature and reflections of American heritage, our carefully selected Wrangler Home™ art collection is particularly timely,” says George Weldon, director of licensing for the Wrangler Home™ brand. “As a result of today’s economy, consumers are spending more time at home, and they have a renewed desire to personalize spaces with engaging and inspired pieces.”
“Whether our artistic theme recalls the spirit of the American West or depicts a pristine natural setting, the Wrangler Home™ art collection is in keeping with the heritage and values of the Wrangler® brand itself,” comments Weldon. “And, our art provides a reprieve from the hectic lives we lead, which our consumers find reassuring and compelling.”
A centerpiece of the Wrangler Home™ brand’s contemporary Series 47 wall art collection, Take My Lead 1, brings the natural world indoors. “This nostalgic and inviting landscape print welcomes viewers to enjoy the imagined solitude of walking a winding wooden foot bridge where they can enjoy the serenity of the water and the canopy of trees,” explains Weldon. Paired with a traditional matt with a single fillet and a rustic 2 ½ inch frame under glass, this sepia-toned landscape print retails for $300.
Evocative natural scenes, such as Road of Mysteries 1, a signature piece in the traditional Coming Home collection, transport the viewer to a warmly lit, well-worn path flanked by the trees’ autumnal palette just after the leaves begin to fall. “Our consumers yearn for more connectedness to the natural world, and Wrangler Home™ art, such as Road of Mysteries 1, transports viewers to a simpler time and place,” notes Weldon. This landscape print features a Cajun spice colored matt with double fillet paired with a 3 ½ inch rustic frame under glass, and retails for $240.
Formally introduced at this summer’s Las Vegas Furniture Market (July 28-August 1, 2008), Wrangler Home™ wall art and other accessories are offered exclusively by StyleCraft and are available for at once delivery to furniture retailers. Market attendees can see a lifestyle display of home furnishings, wall art and other accessories at the Flexsteel Showroom, Las Vegas World Market Center, Space 530, or can visit the Wrangler Home™ accessories collection at the StyleCraft showroom in building A, space 352.
